Veggie Popped Smoothie Pops

Makes: 6 | Prep time: 10 min | Cook time: 18-20 min


Ingredients

  • 2 Veggie Pop-Ins (Carrot, Broccoli, or Cauliflower)
  • 1 cup yogurt 
  • 1 cup frozen fruit of your choice
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions

  1. Soften and squeeze Veggie Pop-Ins into blender. 
  2. Add yogurt, frozen fruit, and honey.
  3. Blend thoroughly until smooth and well mixed. 
  4. Pour into molds and place in freezer.
  5. Freeze for 2-4 hours or overnight for best results.
