Veggie Popped Brownies

Makes a dozen | Prep time: 5-10 min | Cook time: 25 min


Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter 
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • ½ cup flour 
  • ½ cup cocoa powder 
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 Veggie Pop-Ins (Any vegetable)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  2. Melt butter and mix with sugar, eggs, and vanilla. 
  3. Soften, squeeze, and stir in 2 Veggie Pop-Ins packets. 
  4. Stir until smooth. 
  5. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. 
  6. Oil baking pan and pour mixture into pan and bake 25 minutes.
